Video Host & Producer

About the role

River is seeking a charismatic Video Host & Producer to become the recognizable face of its educational video channel. You will present scripted explainers on camera, shoot original footage, and oversee the full production process to deliver engaging, high‑quality content that helps viewers understand Bitcoin and personal finance.

Key responsibilities

• Present medium‑length scripted videos with warmth, clarity, and authority.
• Self‑shoot footage in diverse locations, handling framing, lighting, and audio without a crew.
• Plan, scout, and manage logistics for each shoot to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Direct post‑production, defining colour, sound, B‑roll and motion‑graphics direction and guiding the editor.
• Conduct interviews for feature‑style stories when needed.
• Collaborate with the Video Content Strategist to ensure scripts match your natural voice.

Required profile

• Strong on‑camera presence that makes complex topics feel simple and human.
• Proven ability to shoot and produce your own video content.
• Ownership mindset with a bias for iteration and continuous improvement.
• Genuine curiosity about money and Bitcoin, with a desire to become conversant on‑camera.
• High integrity, as you will be a primary public face of the brand.

Required skills

• On‑camera presentation and storytelling.
• Self‑shooting and video production (framing, lighting, audio capture).
• Video editing direction and motion‑graphics oversight.
