Vice President, Product Management – Stablecoins & Open Standard

About the role

Mastercard’s Blockchain and Digital Assets group is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to shape the future of stablecoin and Open Standard solutions. The role will drive the design, development and market launch of blockchain‑based payment products that enable regulated institutions to move tokenized value at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Mastercard’s strategic relationship with Open Standard, acting as the senior commercial and product representative.
• Represent Mastercard in Open Standard governance, influencing product road‑maps, commercialization models and market expansion.
• Develop and commercialize wholesale on‑ and off‑ramp capabilities for minting, redeeming, custody and transfer of tokenized money.
• Build and manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, financial institutions, fintechs and infrastructure providers.
• Define and execute the broader crypto and blockchain product roadmap across global markets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with deep payments industry experience.
• Track record of taking innovative products from concept to market at scale.
• Strong partnership and commercial negotiation skills with regulated entities.
• Passion for digital assets and a solid understanding of regulatory environments.
