Vice President, Product Management – Analytics Suite

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a visionary, customer‑centric product leader to drive the evolution of its analytics product suite. The Vice President, Custom Analytics will lead a high‑performing team of data scientists, analytics consultants and insight specialists delivering strategic, high‑impact analytics solutions to enterprise stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business owner and manage long‑term and short‑term strategic initiatives for custom analytics and derived products.
• Develop and deliver a consistent product vision, strategy and roadmap for custom and configured analytics.
• Drive data‑driven business outcomes at the analytics program level, monitoring KPIs and optimizing product performance.
• Oversee product incubation, go‑to‑market strategy, lifecycle improvements, ongoing maintenance and P&L management.
• Establish product‑management disciplines across the lifecycle, including Agile development, quality assurance and readiness across technology, delivery and GTM perspectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and cost allocation to meet business objectives.
• Advocate for analytics programs by creating compelling communications for senior and executive management.
• Build, motivate and lead direct and cross‑functional teams, fostering trust‑based relationships for an efficient operating model.
