Vice President, Operational Excellence & Chief of Staff

About the role

Omada Health is seeking a senior leader to head the Care Teams Operational Excellence function. The Vice President, Operational Excellence & Chief of Staff will design and drive an AI‑forward Care Teams Management System that unifies multiple verticals into a high‑performing operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and execute the AI‑forward Care Teams Management System across Health Coaching, Clinical Operations, Member Services, Operational Innovation, Musculoskeletal Care, and Supply Chain.
• Own the three‑year roadmap and strategic plan for Operational Excellence, translating corporate strategy into concrete priorities and investments.
• Represent Care Teams in corporate strategy, planning, and execution processes to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Accelerate performance improvement by establishing methods, tools, and coaching that enable each vertical to self‑manage and continuously improve.
• Lead horizontal operating departments—including capacity planning, data analytics, scheduling & staffing, licensing & credentialing, and program management—to provide integrated insights and execution support.
• Serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Care Delivery Operations Officer, focusing senior leadership on top strategic and operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in healthcare operations or operational excellence.
• Track record of building and scaling integrated, data‑driven operating models.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience serving as a chief of staff or senior advisor to executive leadership.
