Vice President of Sales & Marketing – Building Materials

About the role

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will lead national business development and revenue‑generating activities for a fast‑growing manufacturer of high‑performance building envelope solutions. Reporting to executive leadership, the role combines strategic vision with hands‑on market engagement to drive growth across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing national sales and business development team.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and project management to align growth plans with execution capabilities.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking to ensure profitable growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior sales leadership in specialty construction, building envelope, waterproofing, or related commercial construction markets.
• Proven track record of sustained revenue growth and national market expansion.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence internal teams and external clients.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of waterproofing, façade restoration, air barriers, sealants, and concrete restoration systems.
• Experience with commercial construction sales cycles, contractor relationships, and complex negotiated pursuits.
• Ability to communicate technical value propositions to owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
