Vice President of Quality

About the role

The Vice President of Quality leads ReviveRX’s quality and regulatory compliance program, ensuring that all compounded pharmacy preparations meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy. This executive position works closely with the C‑suite and cross‑functional leaders to embed a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the entire quality organization, including QA, QC, document control, incoming quality, and complaint management.
• Advise senior leadership on quality risk, compliance posture, and investment priorities.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing quality leadership team.
• Establish enterprise‑wide governance structures such as quality councils, management review programs, and escalation pathways.
• Own the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with USP standards, state and federal regulations.
• Drive the evolution of the quality function toward a best‑in‑class compounding operation capable of supporting significant scale.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within a pharmacy or compounding environment.
• Deep knowledge of USP standards, state and federal pharmacy regulations, and quality system best practices.
• Strong leadership and change‑management skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to influence C‑suite executives and collaborate across functional areas.
