Vice President of Production & Supply Chain

About the role

As the Vice President of Production & Supply Chain, you will own the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of Suitsupply’s menswear collections. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for ensuring the right product reaches the right place at the right cost while preserving the brand’s high‑craftsmanship standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global supply‑chain and sourcing strategy aligned with growth and sustainability goals.
• Lead production of all Suitsupply products, including procurement of premium Italian fabrics and buying planning.
• Oversee planning, allocation, logistics, sourcing and buying functions across a 50+ international team.
• Drive technology initiatives, smart‑manufacturing implementations and IT capability enhancements.
• Manage supplier performance, quality standards and production timelines through robust relationships.
• Optimize cost structures while maintaining product excellence and service levels.
• Ensure inventory performance, risk management and regional diversification.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in production and supply‑chain leadership, with substantial apparel experience.
• Proven track record in large‑scale Asian production, preferably in tailoring or related categories.
• Experience leading high‑performing, cross‑functional international teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to collaborate with product, merchandising and retail teams.
