Vice President of Product Marketing

About the role

CodeRabbit is building the control layer for software changes created by humans and AI agents. As Vice President of Product Marketing you will shape how the market perceives CodeRabbit’s context‑aware trust layer, turning rapid product innovation into clear customer value and measurable go‑to‑market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, segmentation, personas, use cases, and differentiation across review, governance, security, planning, and agentic developer workflows.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, from customer insight and product framing through packaging, enablement, content, PR, community adoption, and field follow‑through.
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling value stories for developers, engineering leaders, security teams, and executive buyers.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with demos, talk tracks, competitive guides, ROI frameworks, and objection‑handling material.
• Establish a rigorous customer‑proof engine with case studies, benchmarks, analyst relations, and credible proof points.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Deep experience in developer tools, AI, security, DevOps, infrastructure, or technical enterprise software.
• Proven track record of positioning complex products, leading launches, and driving measurable adoption, pipeline, or revenue.
• Ability to work with engineering, security, product, sales, and executive audiences and support both product‑led and enterprise go‑to‑market motions.
