Vice President of Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for all production facilities at Cascade Engineering. Reporting directly to the President, this senior executive is responsible for delivering world‑class safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while owning the P&L for Cost of Goods Produced.

Key responsibilities

• Set and oversee the operational strategy across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, supply chain, product engineering and program management.
• Drive Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste and ensure cost competitiveness.
• Lead the Program Management function, establishing governance, metrics and cross‑functional alignment to meet on‑time, on‑cost and on‑quality commitments.
• Partner with engineering to ensure manufacturability, process readiness and successful product launches, including capital strategy, automation and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with supply chain leadership to align sourcing, logistics and capacity decisions with operational goals.
• Foster a high‑performance culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong track record of implementing Lean, TPM and other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
