Vice President of Finance

About the role

This senior finance position provides strategic vision, long‑term planning, and overall accountability for division‑wide financial functions within a healthcare organization. The role communicates mission goals, leads implementation and evaluation activities, and ensures alignment across all areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures quality of care and patient satisfaction through oversight of policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
• Builds an engaged workforce through leadership, talent development, and collaborative employee relationships.
• Oversees research, education, and training to support cutting‑edge patient care and services.
• Ensures operational profitability with sound financial performance.
• Develops and executes long‑term strategic business plans that support growth.
• Oversees physical and technological infrastructure and develops organizational structures, programs, and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex hospital and financial systems.
• Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, time‑management, judgement, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal skills.
