Vice President of Digital Marketing

About the role

Our mission is to promote American values through digital media, technology and edu‑tainment. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will lead our social media strategy, oversee a team of 10+ professionals and report directly to the CMO. We need a creative, hands‑on leader who can both set vision and execute it.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and develop a team of 10+ social‑media professionals, handling recruitment, performance reviews and the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with the CMO to align social‑media strategy with broader marketing and organizational goals.
• Own and drive the overall social‑media strategy across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Spotify, TikTok, Rumble and emerging channels.
• Develop platform‑specific content strategies that grow audience, deepen engagement and advance the company’s mission.
• Monitor algorithm changes, emerging trends and recommend new platforms, tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with content producers and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity.
• Set standards for community management, audience engagement and comment moderation.
• Establish KPIs, track analytics, create performance dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in marketing, specifically managing social‑media teams and platforms.
• Proven track record of managing 7‑10+ direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social, brand/PR, digital fundraising and web/mobile savviness.
• Deep understanding of social‑media strategy and ability to execute key campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Passion for the organization’s mission and familiarity with the conservative media landscape.
