About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Go‑to‑Market strategy for its Corporate Solutions business. In this senior position you will shape the narrative, drive product adoption and ensure the sales organization is equipped to generate revenue worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Solutions leadership to evolve and operationalize the business narrative across the organization.
- Oversee external narrative and investor‑relations messaging, including earnings preparation and investor‑facing events.
- Identify and develop case studies, client stories, and proof points to support external engagement and internal education.
- Design and execute launch plans that accelerate product adoption and deliver a seamless “One Mastercard” experience.
- Own sales readiness, including solution‑sales training curriculum and product certification programs.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution from launch planning through field enablement.
- Lead creation of high‑impact sales assets such as pitch decks, demos, case studies and solution‑sales playbooks.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in go‑to‑market, sales enablement or product commercialization.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability and track record of building corporate‑solution offerings.
- Experience partnering with product, marketing, sales and regional leadership to translate strategy into revenue.
- Excellent communication skills for internal alignment and external stakeholder engagement.
