Vice President, Global Product Marketing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Global Product Marketing to lead the Consumer Products & Processing portfolio. This senior leader will partner with product and business teams to craft integrated B2B and B2C marketing solutions that reinforce Mastercard’s brand and drive growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver differentiated marketing solutions that create a compelling value proposition for customers, consumers, and partners.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with local, regional, and global marketing and business teams to ensure alignment with global strategy while supporting market‑specific opportunities.
• Lead external and internal engagement strategies, including audience mapping, stakeholder relationship management, high‑impact events, digital, social and traditional media, and content creation.
• Shape and execute integrated B2B and B2C campaigns that leverage Mastercard’s platforms, assets, and brand across markets and channels.

Required profile

• Deep passion for product marketing and a proven track record at the intersection of B2B and B2C.
• Recognised for creativity, clarity of thought, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting direction, and delivering results in a fast‑paced, global environment.
