About the role
The Vice President, Global Medical Affairs, Solid Tumors will lead the worldwide medical and scientific strategy for solid tumor oncology, driving value‑based outcomes and supporting product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic plans to grow the solid tumor portfolio and generate worldwide evidence.
- Lead the global medical affairs team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop and implement global medical adoption and lifecycle management strategies.
- Partner with R&D, business development, and external stakeholders to shape clinical development and expand the oncology pipeline.
Required profile
- Advanced degree (MPH, PharmD, PhD, MD) with at least 15 years of medical affairs or R&D experience.
- Extensive global experience in oncology, specifically solid tumors, and proven leadership of large matrixed teams.
- Strong track record of evidence generation, product launch, and stakeholder engagement.
Required skills
- Leadership and talent development in a global medical affairs context.
- Strategic planning and portfolio development for oncology products.
- Effective communication as a medical spokesperson for senior audiences and media.
