Vice President, GBSC Operations Excellence & Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Operations Excellence & Enablement for its Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC). The role will define how the business is measured, planned, and governed, providing clear visibility into performance and ensuring disciplined resource planning across internal teams and third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the GBSC performance management framework, including KPI definition, tracking, and review cadence.
• Lead financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning aligned to business priorities.
• Manage capacity and workforce planning, providing visibility into demand, utilization, and resource allocation.
• Oversee data governance and business insights to ensure a single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
• Establish and manage vendor and contract governance frameworks, including SLA definition, performance scorecards, and governance routines.
• Conduct vendor and BPO performance reviews to ensure alignment with service and cost expectations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a large, complex organization.
• Proven track record of building and operating performance management and governance frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract governance.
