Vice President, Finance Business Partner – Consumer Products & Processing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Finance Business Partner to lead the finance function for its Consumer Products & Processing (CPP) organization. Reporting to the CFO of Consumer Solutions, you will partner with senior product leaders to drive operational excellence, strategic decision‑making, and disciplined execution of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the chief finance point of contact for the CPP organization, partnering daily with each EVP and their teams.
• Identify, measure and deliver expense‑efficiency opportunities and lead process improvements.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations that shape product strategy and enhance profitability.
• Develop rigorous financial models and business cases to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Own the operating budget, forecasting, monthly/quarterly performance reporting, and delivery of financial commitments.
• Lead the creation of performance packages, KPIs, long‑range strategic planning inputs, and QBR/QOR review deliverables.
• Maintain visibility into spending, risks, and opportunities in collaboration with Regional Finance and FP&A.
• Consolidate financial insights across CPP product groups to give leadership an integrated view of performance.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Deep experience in business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for senior leaders.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing finance teams.
