Vice President – Capital Formation (Investor Relations)

About the role

The firm is a leading venture capital platform that backs early‑stage technology companies across SaaS, fintech, consumer, and enterprise software. As Vice President – Capital Formation, you will own the fundraising engine, expanding the limited partner (LP) base and supporting the launch of current and future funds.

Key responsibilities

• Support capital‑raising initiatives for existing and upcoming funds.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic LPs.
• Prepare fundraising decks, reporting packages, and investor communications.
• Coordinate investor meetings, due‑diligence processes, and ongoing engagement activities.
• Partner closely with the investment team and senior leadership to align fundraising strategy with portfolio objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital formation and LP relationship management.
• Background in venture capital, growth equity, or a related investment field.
• Deep understanding of the LP landscape, including institutional investors and family offices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
