Vice President, Advisor Consultant

About the role

As Vice President, Advisor Consultant you will represent Manning & Napier and Callodine Group investment portfolios to third‑party professionals across an assigned territory. Working remotely, you will drive sales of separately managed accounts, model‑delivery TAMPs, alternative investments and funds while building long‑term relationships with regional broker‑dealers, wirehouses, financial planners and registered investment advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs, present solutions and achieve annual sales targets.
• Communicate investment strategies, performance and portfolio positioning through in‑person, virtual or telephone meetings.
• Develop deep practice‑management knowledge to improve the sales process and strengthen relationships.
• Market alternative investment options offered by Callodine Mentor and collaborate with internal regional consultants.
• Attend industry conferences and deliver educational presentations on product offerings.
• Provide ongoing pro‑service support to third‑party professionals and their clients.
• Participate in firm meetings, lead working groups, share ideas and mentor colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with Manning & Napier policies and submit required sales, call and expense reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); industry‑related accreditations preferred.
• 10+ years of field sales experience in the assigned territory with a proven top‑quartile track record.
• Expert‑level knowledge of the investment and advisory services industry.
• Series 7 or appropriate multi‑licenses for the markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
