Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers optimizing clinic operations across client experience, nursing/medical support and veterinary medicine, and oversee daily clinic operations and workflows.

  • Oversee the clinic's financial and administrative health, including cash management, expenses, payroll, data integrity and time/attendance compliance with California labor laws.
  • Work with internal partners and supervise security and custodial contractors, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.

  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time and occasional flexibility to report to other ASPCA locations.

  • Vacation, sick and bereavement time, paid parental leave, paid holidays and 1 week of paid personal time.
  • 401(k) with employer matching up to 4% plus an additional 4% annual contribution.
