Vehicle Sales Administrator – BMW Dealership

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our BMW dealership in Boston. Working 9am‑4pm, Monday to Friday, you will support the retail sales team by ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process vehicle orders and handle vehicle taxation.
• Assist Retail Managers with finance paperwork and order‑tracking details.
• Prioritise a heavy workload and manage schedules effectively.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments to guarantee vehicles meet exact specifications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a busy administrative role; vehicle sales administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage with dealership staff to deliver a smooth customer service.
