Valet Parking Attendant (Night Shift)

About the role

The Valet Parking Attendant provides safe and courteous parking services for residents and visitors of a high‑rise, stabilized property. Working the night shift, the attendant ensures vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and visitors, answer questions and provide directions.
• Safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles in accordance with traffic and safety laws.
• Operate the mechanical lift system and vehicle elevators, reporting any malfunctions immediately.
• Inspect each vehicle for existing damage before moving it and document any new damage.
• Report accidents or damage to supervisors and assist with insurance claim processes.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations using property procedures.
• Support overall resident satisfaction goals by delivering attentive and efficient service.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work the night shift (Friday – Monday, 9 PM – 5:30 AM).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate mechanical lift equipment.
