Valet Attendant – Full‑time

About the role

The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for safely parking and retrieving resident and visitor vehicles at the property’s parking facility. The role includes operating mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators, and providing courteous service to residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles, complying with all traffic and safety laws.
• Assess and document any vehicle damage before taking custody and report any incidents immediately.
• Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators, reporting malfunctions to a supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and securely manage keys.
• Assist residents and visitors with directions and answer questions about valet services.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a valid driver’s license.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to follow policies for vehicle tracking, damage reporting, and key security.
• Willingness to work the schedule Tuesday‑Sunday, 8 pm‑5 am.
