UV Grand Format Printer Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled UV Grand Format Printer Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating and maintaining large‑format UV, latex and aqueous printing equipment to deliver high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate large‑format UV, latex and aqueous printers, including EFI VUTEk 3200 Pro, roll‑to‑roll systems, Fuji/Arizona flatbeds and HP Latex printers.
• Operate digital cutting, routing and finishing equipment and support pre‑press workflows.
• Read work orders and job tickets, adjust press settings for color accuracy and speed, and stage materials for production.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment alerts, perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Track inventory usage, maintain a clean and safe production environment, and collaborate with production and pre‑press teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience with EFI VUTEk 3200 Pro or similar grand‑format UV printing systems.
• Hands‑on experience with roll‑to‑roll UV printers, flatbed printers and digital finishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce color‑accurate output.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced production team.
