Utility Network & ArcFM Consultant Manager

About the role

As a Utility Network / ArcFM Consultant Manager you will lead teams delivering Esri software solutions that improve client operations in urban planning, environmental management and transportation. You will be responsible for project success, client relationship management and mentoring junior staff while driving innovation and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration of Esri’s ArcGIS/ArcFM suite to optimize client operations.
• Analyze geographic data to support urban planning, environmental management and transportation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Coach and develop team members in GIS applications and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to identify efficiency opportunities and ensure seamless data integration.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for an MBA or PhD in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geophysics, Information Technology or Management Information Systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS/ArcFM mapping software.
• Strong experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) applications and data conversion.
• Knowledge of GIS architecture and integration techniques.

What we offer

• Salary range $99,000 – $232,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus.
