US Talent Sourcer Expert

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to build qualified candidate pipelines for our fast‑growing e‑commerce and technology teams. Working remotely with overlap to US Pacific Time, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters to deliver high‑quality shortlists.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies and channel plans for each requisition.
• Craft complex Boolean search strings and generate candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Identify passive candidates, personalize outreach, and conduct initial qualification.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, sourcing records, and ATS entries.
• Track reply rates, pass‑through, and coverage metrics to continuously improve approach.

Required profile

• 2+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing or talent intelligence tool.
• Background in e‑commerce, marketplace, supply chain, or high‑growth tech organizations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential candidate information securely.
