Key responsibilities

• Learn underwriting fundamentals through mentorship and hands‑on training.
• Support business unit financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist with preparing financial and operational reports using underwriting and business intelligence tools.
• Support pipeline management and underwriting operations activities.
• Participate in client, broker, and stakeholder meetings.
• Review loss summaries and assist with account analysis.
• Gain exposure to customer, broker, and partner relationships within the insurance industry.

Required profile

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Currently enrolled and will be enrolled in the Fall of 2027 (rising junior or senior).
• Two or more years of college coursework.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
