About the role
The Undergraduate Sales Intern will join 3M’s Transportation & Electronics Business Group for a 10‑12 week summer internship in 2027. Interns work on real‑world projects that support customer, channel, and business priorities while gaining exposure to 3M’s global sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and sales opportunities.
- Support sales and channel engagement activities such as account planning, territory visits, and product demonstrations.
- Assist with commercial execution, including campaign rollout, performance tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least sophomore standing.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license; a company vehicle may be provided.
