Undergraduate Sales Enablement, Analytics & Operations Internship (TEBG)

About the role

This 10‑12 week internship in 3M’s Transportation & Electronics Business Group (TEBG) starts in Summer 2027. Interns work on real‑world projects that mirror the work of full‑time team members, gaining exposure to sales, analytics, and operations functions while receiving training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support business and sales analytics activities such as performance analysis, market insights, forecasting support, and opportunity identification.
• Assist with sales enablement programs, including tool development, training resources, process documentation, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to operations and insights projects like workflow analysis, process improvement, dashboard creation, and data visualization for stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Sales, Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or a related field; must have completed at least sophomore year with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills.
