Undergraduate Sales Enablement & Analytics Intern (Safety & Industrial)

About the role

The Undergraduate Sales Enablement, Operations & Analytics Intern will support the Safety & Industrial Business Group’s sales organization by working on projects that improve sales productivity, strengthen customer engagement, and enable smarter business decisions. The 10‑12 week internship provides hands‑on experience across sales strategy, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic projects that enhance go‑to‑market execution, sales effectiveness, and product positioning.
• Analyze sales data, pipeline trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support sales reporting, dashboards, forecasting, quota tracking, and territory planning.
• Help improve sales processes, tools, workflows, and CRM data quality.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and customer‑facing resources.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, finance, product, supply chain) to align priorities and support business planning.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
• Major or coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in data analysis, business insights, or go‑to‑market strategy.
