Undergraduate Marketing Intern – Transportation & Electronics (2027)

About the role

This 10‑12 week internship is designed for undergraduate students to work on real challenges faced by 3M’s Transportation & Electronics Business Group. Interns collaborate with full‑time team members, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to senior leadership while contributing to meaningful marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects that address real customer, market, and business challenges.
• Support product, vertical, field, and go‑to‑market marketing programs, including messaging and customer engagement.
• Assist with content creation, campaign execution, event planning, digital activities, and performance measurement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (minimum sophomore year) in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, Communications or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
