UKG Dimensions Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a UKG Dimensions Consultant to join its Oracle unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end implementations, customisations and support for Kronos Workforce Management and Workforce Dimensions solutions, helping clients optimise scheduling, timekeeping and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints and project phases, aligning expectations and objectives.
• Support development, integration and customisation of enterprise application packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all project stages, meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks, foster collaborative relationships and balance project economics with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing, developing and supporting Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
• Functional expertise in scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities modules.
• Experience building interfaces with WIM for both WFC and WFD, using middleware such as Dell Boomi.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
