Turn Assistant (Student Living)

About the role

The Turn Assistant supports Greystar's leasing and maintenance teams at The Local Downtown property, ensuring smooth apartment turnover during the student living season. This hybrid role blends administrative duties with hands‑on property upkeep to meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform leasing office tasks: copy documents, file resident records, prepare notices, handle resident calls, and organize rent payments.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out processes by printing paperwork and maintaining lease files.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic.
• Support resident events such as welcome parties, unit visits, and other programs to boost satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities: trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage.
• Perform touch‑up painting and ensure proper caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.

Required profile

• Willingness to handle both administrative and physical tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leasing and maintenance teams.
• Customer‑service orientation for resident interactions.
