About the role

Cotton Holdings is seeking energetic culinary professionals to join a mobile kitchen team that travels across the United States. Positions range from kitchen assistants to culinary project managers, all working on‑site to deliver high‑quality meals and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support chefs and cooks with food preparation, cleaning, and equipment setup.
• Prepare and cook menu items as a line cook or travel cook.
• Assist culinary project managers in coordinating schedules, supplies, and logistics.
• Lead culinary projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Age 21 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel out‑of‑state for extended periods (30 days on/14 days off).
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, seven days a week.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
