About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Medical‑Surgical care for a 13‑week travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position offers 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, providing a competitive weekly pay of $1,889.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care on a busy medical‑surgical unit, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document all nursing activities accurately in the electronic health record.
• Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families about discharge instructions.

Required profile

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience working in a medical‑surgical setting.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel for a 13‑week assignment.
• Ability to meet credentialing and licensing requirements for Texas.
