Travel Hotel Operations Roles – Drivers, Technicians, Managers

About the role

Cotton Holdings is looking for motivated individuals to join its nationwide travel‑based hotel operations and logistics team. Positions range from travel drivers and site technicians to site managers and project managers, all supporting workforce housing and large‑scale projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Transport personnel, equipment, and supplies safely between project sites.
• Assist with guest services, housekeeping, inventory, facility upkeep, laundry and basic maintenance at workforce housing camps.
• Lead daily site operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate project documentation, track progress, communicate with field teams and keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, including schedules, budgets, subcontractors, safety compliance and client communication.

Required profile

• Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work a 30‑day on / 14‑day off rotation.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, lift up to 50 lb and perform outdoors in varied weather.
• Pass background and motor‑vehicle record checks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Hospitality management experience for site manager roles.
