Training Director II – Cyber Training Operations

About the role

Oak Grove Technologies is seeking a Training Director II to lead cyber and multidomain training activities at its Muscatatuck Training Center and Camp Atterbury. The role focuses on planning, developing, coordinating, and executing cyber training programs within cyber range and computer test‑bed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and exercises.
• Coordinate and oversee training activities within cyber range and computer test‑bed environments.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject‑matter experts to identify training needs and set objectives.
• Supervise personnel involved in training operations and event execution.
• Assist in creating training scenarios involving OT/IT, networking, and cellular systems.
• Maintain training documentation, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination.
• Stay current on cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure technologies relevant to training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8570.01‑M IAT II certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting cyber range or computer test‑bed environments.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
