Training and Development Specialist – Education

About the role

The Training and Development Specialist will enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the US LEGO Education team, focusing on upskilling the direct selling workforce. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive performance and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy by identifying needs and implementing solutions.
• Own the employee onboarding program for key selling roles, optimizing early performance.
• Plan, coordinate, calendarize, and facilitate both in‑person and virtual training sessions.
• Conduct standardized assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Design and apply systems and tools for effective delivery and evaluation of training programs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with partners to identify training needs and implement programs.
• Ensure all activities comply with LEGO Group’s brand, ethical, and legal standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
• Familiarity with direct‑selling methodologies or related certification preferred.
• Highly effective presentation skills with experience facilitating both in‑person and remote training.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Project‑management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
