Trainer II – Learning & Development for Customer Support

About the role

Bluevine is seeking a Trainer II to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for its Customer Support and Risk teams. In this hands‑on position you will translate business priorities, product updates, and process changes into engaging learning experiences that enable agents to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured training programs for new hires, upskilling, and product/process changes.
• Convert complex information into clear, practical content, including facilitator guides, presentations, and interactive activities.
• Facilitate live instructor‑led sessions (virtual or in‑person) using discussions, role‑plays, and activities to drive participation.
• Adapt delivery style to audience needs and maintain an environment where learners feel confident and motivated.
• Update training materials as products, tools, and processes evolve, incorporating feedback and addressing learning gaps.
• Provide ongoing support to learners, answering questions and reinforcing key skills post‑training.

Required profile

• 2+ years of facilitation and content creation experience, or a combination of operations and training experience.
• Background in training, facilitation, enablement, or learning & development.
• Strong presentation abilities and confidence leading classroom sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and a passion for helping others grow.
