Trainer – Core and Safety Training for Brink's Facilities

About the role

The Trainer is responsible for delivering core, functional and safety training to hourly employees across assigned Brink's facilities. This position ensures that all staff meet certification standards and that safety and security equipment is consistently available.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct core training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
• Manage the functional certification process, including training, measurement and testing for hourly positions.
• Deliver safety training and monitor compliance with Learning in Field Experience (LIFE) policies.
• Perform CIT street inspections and observation rides as part of certification.
• Track and report city and state permits, licenses and related training requirements.
• Ensure radios, firearms, vests, uniforms and other security equipment are stocked and functional.
• Cross‑train in related duties and guard liability and assets as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to plan and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong attention to compliance with training policies and safety regulations.
• Willingness to perform on‑site inspections and security duties.
