Trade Support Associate I

About the role

We are seeking a Trade Support Associate I to join the Prime Finance Trading Services team. In this role you will support trading operations, ensure accurate trade capture, and collaborate with multiple internal teams across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform start‑of‑day and end‑of‑day controls to ensure risk is correctly represented for the Front Office.
• Manage daily equity swap and derivative trade life‑cycle events such as expiries, dividends, and corporate actions.
• Verify, clear and timely escalate trade capture and reporting exceptions.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams on cash equity trade issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of pre‑ and post‑trade control environments.
• Maximize straight‑through processing by conducting root‑cause analysis and tactical problem solving.
• Produce analytical reports for trading desks and senior management.
• Contribute to core projects, regulatory initiatives and operational programs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of securities and derivative products, especially equity swaps and cash equities.
• Operational experience supporting trading desks in a prime or hedge‑fund environment.
• Familiarity with risk‑management systems and corporate‑action workflows.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong work ethic.
