About the role

Join a fast‑growing health and wellness company as a TikTok Influencer Outreach & Affiliate Marketing Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for fitness and wellness creators, executing high‑volume outreach campaigns that fuel the company’s affiliate network.

Key responsibilities

• Send 1,000‑2,000 cold direct messages per day to TikTok influencers in the gym, fitness, physique, and wellness niches.
• Search and filter creators using specific keywords and recent activity criteria.
• Deliver standardized outreach messages offering peptide sponsorship opportunities.
• Follow detailed Google Docs protocols and step‑by‑step guides for every outreach task.
• Redirect interested influencers to affiliate managers for further negotiation.
• Onboard new affiliates via the company’s custom‑coded login portal and website plugin.
• Maintain daily outreach volume without deviating from established scripts.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer support, outreach, or similar high‑volume repetitive tasks.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow detailed written procedures.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection.
• Comfort with copy‑paste workflows and strict process adherence.
