Ticketing Representative – Event & Game Day

About the role

Join the San Francisco 49ers as a part‑time Ticketing Representative, providing in‑person and phone support for game‑day and event ticketing at Levi’s Stadium. You will be the front‑line contact for fans, handling inquiries, sales, and service throughout the season.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fans with ticket, seating and schedule questions via phone and in person.
• Process ticket sales, payments and parking permits using the Archtics system.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales, invoicing and collections.
• Perform box‑office and will‑call duties, including remote locations on game and event days.
• Support season‑ticket holders needing accessible seating and manage window‑ticket sales reconciliation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay professional in high‑stress situations.
• Reliability – must attend at least 80% of major ticketed events.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Experience with Archtics ticketing software (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
