Third-Party Senior Risk Analyst (Hybrid, O'Fallon)

About the role

Harvey Nash USA is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join a leading payments and financial services client’s Third‑Party Risk Management team in O’Fallon, Missouri. The role is hybrid and focuses on assessing and mitigating risks associated with third‑party suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake and baseline risk assessments for third‑party suppliers.
• Evaluate information security, data privacy and resilience risks.
• Identify control gaps, document findings and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, subject‑matter experts and internal stakeholders throughout the assessment lifecycle.
• Support supplier segmentation, prioritisation and engagement reviews.
• Maintain assessment documentation in GRC platforms and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong critical‑thinking and analytical abilities.
• Experience in supplier/vendor risk management, third‑party risk, audit or compliance.
• Knowledge of information‑security and/or data‑privacy frameworks.
• Ability to communicate risk findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Background in financial services, payments or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with GRC tools.
