About the role

Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality automated testing solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance applications, leveraging AI‑driven technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned business requirements and support the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture design decisions for development teams.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and manage changes to the codebase.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application adoption.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on development.
