Territory Sales Manager – VeriSight 3D/4D ICE (San Diego)

About the role

Philips is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote the VeriSight 3D/4D Intracardiac Echo (ICE) catheter to interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists in the San Diego region. The role combines consultative selling, clinical support, and partnership development to grow adoption of this advanced cardiac imaging technology.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Philips as the ICE leader in the assigned territory by building relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Provide consultative product support, education, and training to physicians and staff, and assist Clinical Specialists with clinical cases.
• Drive new and existing program growth, manage a pipeline of prospects, and negotiate hospital contracts and value‑analysis committee reviews.
• Develop and execute measurable business plans aligned with divisional goals, regularly analyzing sales data and market trends.
• Report forecasts, updates, and competitive insights to sales management while collaborating across Philips business segments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably within structural heart, electrophysiology, or therapy markets.
• Established network of cardiology key opinion leaders and familiarity with hospital value‑analysis committees and capital equipment sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant professional or military experience.

• TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) expertise.
