Territory Sales Manager – Pro Channel (Kansas)

About the role
Diablo Tools, a brand of the Bosch Group, is expanding its sales team in Kansas. The Territory Sales Manager (Pro Channel) will lead the effort to grow market share for professional cutting‑tool and power‑tool accessories across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Assist Regional and Key Market Managers with training, trade‑show coordination, and coaching of other Territory Managers.
- Build programs for key dealers, convert prospects, promote product lines, and consolidate categories under the Diablo/Freud portfolio.
- Plan growth initiatives while managing travel and expense (T&E) budgets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, order placement, and territory reporting.
Required profile
- 1–8 years of sales experience.
- Extroverted, highly motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Willingness to learn about construction products and power‑tool accessories (training provided).
