Territory Sales Manager – Image Guided Therapy Devices

About the role

We are the industry leader in image‑guided therapy, helping to improve treatment for every patient. The Territory Manager will drive sales of disposable products and services in the assigned area, partner with clinical specialists and develop new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales of all applicable disposable products and services in the assigned territory, advancing revenue and market position.
• Monitor new and existing products in the subject area and coordinate launch goals with Clinical Specialists and Market Development Managers.
• Partner with hospital or clinic contacts to discover and expand product opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts, drive utilization, resolve problems, plan business activities, and handle budgeting and expense reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to effectively manage accounts, drive utilization, and handle business planning and budgeting.
• U.S. work authorization and residence within commuting distance of Orange County, CA.

What we offer

• Total target earnings of $194,750–$305,000 annually, including base salary, incentive, and company fleet/car.
