Territory Manager – Sales (Orange County, CA)

About the role

RespirTech’s Territory Manager represents the InCourage airway clearance therapy medical device, working with pulmonologists and other specialists to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outside sales and territory management, including account management and new‑business development.
• Conduct office sales calls, in‑services, product demonstrations and present clinical evidence to physicians.
• Serve as an expert on Medicare, Medicaid and private‑insurance coverage criteria for InCourage therapy and educate healthcare teams.
• Obtain necessary medical‑record documentation to secure coverage.
• Analyze data to target priority healthcare teams and adjust sales‑call routing as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of successful direct field sales, clinical education or clinical sales support experience.
• Ability to spend 90 % of time in the field, including occasional overnight trips.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent, or 7 + years of field sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently.
