Territory Manager – RespirTech (Memphis)

About the role

The RespirTech Territory Manager represents Philips’ InCourage airway clearance therapy device, working with pulmonologists and other healthcare providers to improve breathing for patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outside sales and territory management, including account management and new‑business development.
• Conduct total office sales calls, in‑services, product demonstrations, and present clinical evidence to physicians.
• Serve as an expert on Medicare, Medicaid, and private‑insurance coverage criteria for InCourage therapy and educate healthcare teams on patient eligibility.
• Obtain necessary medical‑record documentation to secure coverage and reimbursement.
• Analyze data to target priority healthcare teams, create sales‑call routing, and adjust routing to meet pipeline needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education, or clinical sales support experience; durable home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or 7+ years equivalent sales experience.
• Ability to spend 90% of time in the field, including occasional overnight travel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently.

What we offer

• Total target earnings of $138,000–$158,000 annually plus a company fleet/car.
