Territory Manager – Pro Channel (Portland, OR)

About the role

We are expanding our sales team and seeking an extroverted, highly motivated Territory Manager for the Pro Channel in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on gaining market share, developing sales strategies, and delivering quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute programs and sales strategies for key dealers within the assigned territory to increase market share.
• Assist Regional Managers and Key Market Managers with training, trade‑show management, and coaching of other Territory Managers.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, order placement, presentation development, and suggested order creation.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, attend conference calls, and provide revenue planning.
• Travel 4–6 days per month to meet customers and support Territory Manager development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience (8 years).
• 1–8 years of sales experience with proven communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization, and customers.
